Mentorship Forum

Mentorship Forums are small, trusted groups that meet monthly for honest conversations about life—career path, money, relationships, faith, and everything in between. Think of it like your own personal board of advisors.

Each group is guided by a seasoned mentor—someone who’s been where you’re headed and is ready to offer insight, encouragement, and hard-earned wisdom.

It’s a unique space to grow with peers and learn from those a few steps ahead.

Experiences

Experiences are thoughtfully curated events and adventures that create space for connection, reflection, and growth. Whether it's a weekend retreat, a service project, or an outdoor adventure, each Experience is designed to deepen your relationships with others and strengthen your walk with God.

These are moments set apart from the noise—where meaningful conversations happen, friendships grow, and faith is renewed.

Journey of GenerosityYou are invited to a two day Journey of Generosity experience held at the beautiful Franciscan Renewal Center in Scottsdale.

A JOG is a retreat with your peers to connect, have conversation, and clarify why we give. Rest assured, this is not a fundraiser. This is simply an opportunity to slow down and reframe your perspective on generosity for not just part of life, but for all of life.

Dinner and Breakfast are provided Friday night and Saturday morning. This is not an overnight experience. Participants will go home for the night and return Saturday morning for day two at 8am.

Check out the video in the link below to learn why you should consider participating in a Journey of Generosity!

Gave Me Confidence in Following God's Will For My CareerBeing a part of small groups through church and YoungLife has been amazing, but they lack a focus on the intersection of my faith and career. The Alumnus, particularly the Mentorship Forum, has given me exactly that. Monthly meet-ups with Marc Giannone, alongside a couple friends, gave me confidence that I was following God’s will for my career through wise biblical council.

You are the CEO of your life.Whether you realize it or not, you are the CEO of your life. Alumnus has taught me that to be the best CEO possible, I need a board of directors to help guide me through all areas of life. Alumnus has helped me find mentors, peers and friends that provide wisdom and community.

Supported in my faith, challenged in my workI’ve been involved with many young adult communities and I’m telling you, if you’re a young professional, the mentorship forums alone are worth the investment, but the opportunity to learn and experience life with like minded young professionals makes it a community you simply cannot miss out on joining.
